By downloading, installing, or using InkVoice, you agree to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the app and uninstall it.
These Terms apply to all versions of InkVoice distributed through any platform, including iOS and Android.

InkVoice is a local-first reading application. All book content, reading progress, and notes are processed and stored on your device only. Core features include:

InkVoice offers optional membership plans (monthly, yearly, lifetime) that provide an ad-free experience and access to premium features.
Billing: Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Subscription management is handled entirely by the respective platform.
Refunds: All refund requests must be submitted through the App Store or Google Play official refund channel. We do not process refunds directly.
We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status across platforms. See Section P2 for details on the data RevenueCat processes.

The free version of InkVoice includes advertisements provided by Google AdMob, including banner and rewarded video ads. Rewarded ads allow you to temporarily hide the banner ad.
Ad content and targeting are managed by Google. We do not control what specific ads are shown. Please refer to Section P3 for how advertising identifiers are handled.
Subscribe to a membership plan to remove all advertisements.

InkVoice supports importing TXT and EPUB files from your device. All files are stored locally and are never uploaded to any server operated by us.
The Wi-Fi transfer feature creates a temporary local server on your device within your LAN to receive files from a computer. This server is only active when you enable it and communicates exclusively within your local network.
Important: Only import files you have a lawful right to use. You are solely responsible for any copyright issues arising from your imported content. Use Wi-Fi transfer only on trusted networks.

The InkVoice application — including its UI design, source code, trademarks, and brand identity — is our exclusive property and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the app.
Books you import remain the property of their respective copyright holders. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you import.
InkVoice 墨声应用（包括界面设计、源代码、商标及品牌标识）归我们专有，受适用知识产权法律保护。您不得对应用进行逆向工程、反编译或复制。
您导入的书籍的版权归属于各自著作权人。您有责任确保您有权使用所导入的任何内容。
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

We do not directly collect personal data. No account registration is required. Your books, reading progress, bookmarks, and settings are stored only on your device using local storage and are never transmitted to our servers.
However, third-party SDKs integrated into the app (Google AdMob, RevenueCat, Expo) may collect certain data as described in Section P2. The data types collected indirectly through these SDKs include:

InkVoice serves non-personalized ads only. We have configured Google AdMob to request non-personalized advertisements, which limits data collection compared to personalized ad serving.
iOS — App Tracking Transparency (ATT): On iOS 14.5 and later, Apple requires apps to request permission before accessing the IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers). If the app presents an ATT prompt, you may choose to allow or deny tracking. Regardless of your choice, InkVoice will continue to show non-personalized ads.
Android: Google Advertising ID (GAID) may be used by AdMob for non-personalized ad delivery. You can reset or opt out of your GAID in Android device settings under Google > Ads.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Data flows to third parties only as described in Section P2 (AdMob, RevenueCat, Expo), and solely for the purposes stated.

All data stored by InkVoice (books, progress, settings) resides on your device. Uninstalling the app permanently removes all local data.
Data held by third-party SDKs (AdMob, RevenueCat, Expo) is retained according to each provider's own data retention policy. To request deletion of data held by these providers, please contact them directly.

InkVoice is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under these ages. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us and we will take steps to address it.
Note: Google AdMob's ad serving is not configured for child-directed content (COPPA). If this app is used by children, please contact us so we can apply appropriate restrictions.
